Participate in the recruitment of staff for the Projects following Yemen IRC Policies and Procedures.Leading budget, activity forecasting, expenditure monitoring and collaborating learning and adapting meetings for improved program and project efficiency.Participate/Lead in the needs assessments, project proposals for health and nutrition.The health and Nutrition Manager will be based in Hodeida and will need to undertake frequent visits to the field. Under the supervision of IRC Yemen’s Health and Nutrition Coordinators, the Health and Nutrition Manager will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of program activities Al Hodeida. Other subfield offices include Abyan, Hodeida and Al Dhale, with the Al Dhale office covering Lahaj, and the Abyan office covering activities in Shabwa. The IRC Yemen Country Program has offices Aden and Sana’a. The IRC Yemen Country program has been established in 2012, and currently is implementing integrated Health, Nutrition, Environmental Health (WASH), Economic Recovery and Development, Women Protection and Empowerment and Education programs in eight governorates. Currently works in over 40 countries and in 22 US cities, the IRC restores safety, dignity and hope to millions who are uprooted and struggling to endure.
